Tools Hub has no accounts, no ads, and no analytics. What you type, photograph, record, or process stays on your device. The only thing that ever leaves your phone is an anonymous crash report when the app breaks — plus the network requests you explicitly ask a network tool to make.
Tools Hub is a collection of offline utilities published by Himalayan Code Works. This policy explains exactly what the app does, and does not do, with your information.
We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data. There is no sign-in, no user profile, and no server that receives your content.
Everything you enter into a tool — text, numbers, passwords, notes, photos, videos, audio, documents — is processed on the device and saved only in the app’s private storage on that device. We cannot see it, and it is not backed up to us.
The single exception is crash reporting.
Tools Hub uses Firebase Crashlytics (Google) to report crashes so we can fix them. When the app crashes, Crashlytics sends:
Crash reports never contain the contents of your tools: no text you typed, no files you processed, no passwords, no photos.
Google processes this data as our service provider. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Firebase’s data-handling terms.
Tools Hub works offline. Network access happens in only three situations, all of them started by you:
No other tool contacts the internet. The converters, calculators, text and developer tools, security tools, media processing, QR generation, timers, and sensors all run entirely on the device.
The app asks for a permission only when a tool needs it, and each is used for that purpose alone.

You can withdraw any permission at any time in your device settings. Inside the app, Settings → Restrict permission-dependent tools limits or hides every tool that needs one, and the rest of the app keeps working.
Dictation uses your device’s own speech recognition service. Where offline recognition is available, audio stays on the device. Where it is not, your operating system may send the audio to its own speech provider to transcribe it, under that provider’s privacy policy. Tools Hub neither receives nor stores the audio or the transcript.
Locally, in the app’s private storage, which other apps cannot read. That includes your saved passwords and secure notes, favourites, recent tools, timers, alarms, habits, and exported files.
Because the data lives only on your device, uninstalling Tools Hub deletes all of it permanently. We hold no copy and cannot restore it. If your passwords or notes matter to you, export them before uninstalling or changing phones.
Tools Hub is a general-purpose utility app. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. As the app collects no personal information from anyone, this is a matter of audience rather than data handling.
Your content never leaves the device, which removes most of the risk. Locally stored passwords and secure notes are held in the app’s private storage. A device without a screen lock, or one that has been rooted, weakens that protection — use a device passcode.
If the app’s behaviour changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will also appear in the app’s release notes on Google Play.
